The legal fellowships programme – Apply Now!! Deadline Extended
SAWF is pleased to announce the launch of its Legal Fellowship Programme. The call is open to women lawyers, women human rights defenders with para-legal training  working in small towns at the primary/lower court level in Bangladesh, Nepal, India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka and have at least two year’s experience of working on women’s rights issues through a feminist legal praxis. The last date for receiving applications is 28th February 2013. Please note that SAWF will receive applications in English, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil, Nepali and Sinhala.Please read the application criteria thoroughly before filling in the application form

 

 

   

Latest Update: Small Grants Programme- The next cycle of grants disbursements for the small grants programme will be made in February 2013. Applications have to be received latest by 31st January 2013 to be considered for this cycle. Please note that all applications should follow the small grants application format given, and have to be complete with all supporting documents. Applications should meet the criteria of the small grants programme, for both organizational and individual grants and should be from USD 1500 to USD 5000 for up to a period of one year.

Announcing Standing Call for Small Grants Programme: South Asia Women’s Fund is pleased to issue a standing call for applications to its Small Grants Programme. SAWF will receive applications to the standing call throughout the year, and will disburse grants twice a year in two cycles; June/July and January/February. Click here for more information.
