We are currently looking for a candidate to fill the vacancy of Programme Officer- Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation. The role has a regional focus, and knowledge of the socio-political contexts within each country and of the region, is essential.
The PO will work as part of the Programmes team, and will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning of the Programmes team at SAWF. This includes supporting the team to track progress against outcome indicators; assess, propose and implement improvements to our procedures and policies to facilitate learning by us as well as by our grantee-partners; and collect and share both qualitative and quantitative evidence from the Programmes team to demonstrate our progress and impact to our various stakeholders.
The candidate should have prior experience in Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning preferably with a human rights donor organisation; a strong feminist perspective, excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of another local regional language, and should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, with an international team. The PO can be based out of any of the 5 countries - Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Pakistan.
